  3. Our team will verify the price and product details to ensure they meet the criteria.
  4. Enjoy the extra savings — we’ll beat the verified price by 10%!

Price Beat Terms & Conditions

To ensure a fair and consistent process, the following terms apply:

  • The competing retailer must be based in the UK.
  • The competitor’s quote or voucher must be current and valid.
  • The item must be identical and in-stock at the competitor’s store in the required quantity.
  • Additional conditions imposed by the competitor (e.g., payment type, warranty, delivery fees, trade vs retail pricing, taxation) must be met.
  • Price Beat applies to full-priced items only. For sale items, we can match the price but cannot beat it.
  • Items listed on third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Alibaba, Amazon) are excluded.
  • All electrical items are excluded from the Price Beat, effective 1st March 2025.

Exclusions Apply

The Price Beat does not apply to:

  • Cashback offers
  • Delivery charges
  • VAT-free pricing
  • Payment surcharges
  • Brand distributor pricing
  • Liquidation or clearance sales
  • Used or floor stock items
  • Reproductions of competitor vouchers
  • Auction site offers
  • Retailers located outside the UK
